    Recess at the Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon plates - 'Estancos' 1856/61: 10 c. deep blue, clear impression, a diagonally bisected example, lower left half with large margins, used on entire letter internally dated January 28, 1861 to Chillan tied by six barred target handstamp in black-brown with fine TOMÉ despatch handstamp at left.
