Recess at the Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon plates - 'Estancos' 1856/61: 10 c. slate-blue, wmk. pos. 4, a remarkable used example, position 1 on the sheet with huge margins all round and italic "Es" imprint at top, lightly cancelled in black.
