    Recess at the Santiago Post Office from Perkins Bacon plates - 'Estancos' 1857/62: 5 c. rose-red, a block of four with good margins all round and portion of adjoining stamps at left and at top, paying the 1 ounce rate on 1860 entire letter from Santiago to Valparaiso tied by six barred target handstamps in black. SANTIAGO despatch cds in red at left (June 10). Some minor file folds well away from the adhesives, a remarkable and scarce franking. Signed Calves, Goebel. Cert.
