    Registration Labels Surcharged for Postage 1915 (Jan): 'GRI / 3d.' on Rabaul labels (# 816/811), Setting C, positions 5/5, the fine unused vertical pair, with no hyphen in Deutsch Neuguinea, upper stamp with variety "GRI / 3 d., Surcharge Double", with the second 3 d. surcharge struck between both stamps, the lower label with normal surcharge; fresh and very fine with large part og.
