    1897: Essay for the 1899 issue ½ d. in sheetlet format of eight stamps (4 x 2) printed in carmine, perforated 12 on soft wove ungummed paper. Some minor aging and manuscript notations in blue crayon at upper left but a magnificent sheet (see the Alan Griffiths collection for a similar sheet printed in green). Very rare.
