    Napoleonic Occupation 1799 (Sept 28 / 6 Vendemaire): Entire letter endorsed at top 'Artillerie' and, at lower left, 'Deux. d'Art.rie d'Alex.rie', mailed to a General of Brigade in Cairo and struck with superb strike of small "Alexandrie" handstamp in black (Smith Type II) and manuscript '10'.
