    1847: Franklin 5 c. red-brown on blued paper, a magnificent used example with large margins on three sides and sheet marginal at right, used on cover to Norwich, CT cancelled by red grid, with 'New York' cds at right (Aug 10). File folds well away from the adhesive, rare so fine. Cert. Jakubek (1989) Scott = $ 450++.
