    1862/63: 6 d. black-brown, no wmk., on pelure paper, a fine horizontal pair with close to large margins all round and portions of adjoining stamp at base, used on small 1863 envelope to Ham, Richmond, UK endorsed 'via Marseilles', tied by numeral "5" obliterator in black. Reverse with Invercargill despatch cds (April 15) and London arrival (June 11) in black. The pair lifted for checking and reapplied to cover. A fine and most attractive cover, multiples of the pelure paper issue being very scarce. Cert.
