    1914/16: War Charity issue, a fine collection of 40 primarily unused stamps, collected in a specialized way incl. 1914 perf. 11½ but imperf. at base, perf. 13½ on orange paper, imperf. marginal 1 k. example, cancelled by 1915 Petrograd cds, 1915 white paper 3 k. imperf. at left (2), 7 k. imperf. unused, and both compl. 1914 & 1915 sets with OBRASETS (proof) ovpt., in addition 1916 ovpt. definitives with inverted or shifted ovpts.
