    Incoming Mail 1857: Cover at double rate from London to Galatz, Romania endorsed 'via Ostende' franked by 1856 1 d. red-brown, 1855 2 d. blue pl. 14 and 1856 1 s. green in a horizontal pair all tied by London '15' numeral obliterators in black, and by AUS ENGLAND PER AACHEN / FRANCO in red (Feb 28). Some aging around perforations but a scarce example of the double rate of 2/2d. + 1d. Late Fee. Cert. Louis (2007).
