    1880: Cover to Bucharest struck with PITESTI cds (July 31) on despatch in black, circular 'T' mark adjacent and taxed with framed "30 BANI" handstamp in black (Kiriac fig. 1658), charged at double the deficiency. Reverse, some flap faults, with Bucharest arrival cds.
