    1858: 80 pa. vermilion on white toned paper, a used example with large margins all round, tied to cover to Jassy by oval framed 'FRANCO / GALATZ / No. 2' handstamp (Kiriac fig. 309) in red with corresponding 'Galatz / Moldova' cds above (18/9). Reverse with Jassy arrival cds in blue (20/9). File fold well away from the adhesive, a scarce and attractive double rate cover. Cert.
