    1859 (Aug 27): Entire letter from Bogotá to Rionegro struck with watery strikes of oval BOGOTÁ / FRANCA in blue with internal rate marking '20' alongside in same ink. Docketing of receipt (Aug 9) inside: unusual usage showing the early application of the Rate Tariff formally introduced on 1st September 1859.
