    1862: Entire Money letter to Jassy with FOKSCHANI despatch cds (20/2) in blue and oval framed pre-payment marking FRANCO / FOKSCHANY with manuscript filled "83 Lei 30 Par" handstamp in same ink (Kiriac fig. 1481). Reverse showing superb strike of Jassy 'Draperie' framed arrival marking (22/2) datestamp in black (Kiriac fig. 329). The entire opens well for future Exhibit display. A rarity.
