    1850: Cérès 10 c. bistre-brun, a fine and fresh horizontal pair with good to large margins all round, tied by '3389' petit chiffres to printed matter cover with "TOURS 5 MAI 1853" cds alongside, sent to Mirebeau, reverse with arrival cds of the same day. A late use of Cérès definitives during the Présidence, a scarce cover. Opinion Roumet (1991) Maury 1a = € 1'900.
