    Ionian Islands under German Occupation 1943 (Oct 22): Red framed 'Greece / 2.X.43' Overprint on 25 c. green and single and pair of 50 c. violet used on registered cover to Athens, cancelled by 'Zakynthos' datestamps in black. Reverse with Athens arrival cds. Possibly philatelic but nevertheless a very rare iussue on letter. Signed A. Diena. Cert. Chiavarello Hellas 6+7.
