    Austrian Post Offices 1867: 10 soldi postal stationery envelope, a superb used example cancelled by JASSY datestamp (7/8) struck in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 757) mailed to Czernowitz. Reverse with Czernowitz arrival cds (August 9, 1868) struck in blue. Extremely rare - no examples in the Jerger or Smith collections.
