    Austrian Post Offices 1864: Arms 10 soldi blue, perf. 9½, a fine horizontal strip of three used on 1865 cover to Pesth, Hungary neatly tied by GIURGEVO datestamps (16/5) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 748) in black. Reverse with Pesth arrival cds (20/5) in black. File fold just above the adhesives and one side flap missing but a scarce and most attractive franking.
