    Austrian Post Offices 1863c.: Incoming and outgoing Mail, sent registered from Vienna to Bucharest, Austrian stationery 1861 10 kr. blue in mixed franking with 1863 Arms defenitive 10 kr. blue perf. 14 (2, one on reverse), fresh colours and good perfs., all cancelled by neat oval "WIEDEN IN WIEN RECOMMANDIRT 17/11" datestamp in black, reverse with "BUKAREST 22/11" arrival cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 713). Handrwitten note 'Gestorben' (deceased) on reverse, the cover was returned to Vienna and the indicium and the stamps again cancelled by "BUKAREST 24/11", reverse with Vienna and Wieden in Wien return cds's (Nov 29). A fresh, appealing and interesting cover.
