    Austrian Post Offices 1837 (July 17): Entire letter to Vienna struck on despatch with superb BUKUREST straight line handstamp (Tchilinghirian fig. 707) in black - first year of use - with 'Sigillum Sanitatis' disinfection cachet displaying well on flap in black, part red wax seal of the Rothenthurn Lazaret on reverse and Vienna arrival (July 29).
