    1869: 10 b. blue (2) and 15 b. vermilion (2), all with margins cut round, used on 1869 cover and part back to Marseille, France tied by GALATI datestamps (27/8) in black (Kiriac fig. 394). Struck with 'P.D.' framed in black but this deleted on entry into France at Strasbourg by blue crayon and the entry mark (Sept 1). Two line AFFRANCHISEMENT / INSUFFISANT in black and taxed with handstruck '10' (décimes) due. Reverse with just part of flap but showing Vienna transit cds, Paris Gare de Lyon cds and Marseille arrival. Scarce despite fault. Signed Heimbüchler.
