    1862 (June 26): 6 pa. red (shades), the small group of five single used examples cancelled in blue or black at Braila, Craiova, Galatz or Folticeni; together with an extremely rare cover front showing a horizontal strip of five used to pay the single 30 parale rate to Berlad cancelled by three strikes of oval FRANCO / JASSSY in blue with 'Jassy / Moldova' cds (12/9) below; the central stamp unfortunately torn at base but of great rarity.
