    1869: 10 b. blue, used example with close to fine margins all round, showing clear "Double Transfer" variety, most especially noticeable in BANI at base, lightly cancelled at Bucharest (Nov 1870) in black and thus leaving the variety clear. Minor thins but exceptional and of great scarcity: Heimbüchler records just 5 examples, all used, in the Handbook on page 226. A rarity.
