    1854 (Aug 1): 4 d. pale blue, a fine unused block of four, large margins all round and of good strong colour, positions 53-54/58-59 on the pane of 60, with marginal horizontal lines of watermark at base, position 58 showing variety 'Closed third 'A' in Australia', probably positions 213-214/233-234 on the third (Group C) pane. Fresh and fine, without gum. A lovely block Gi = £ 1'500+.
