    1870/73: 2 d. dull lilac mauve, a single example used on OHMS cover to the Telegraph Station at Balranald tied by 'Echuca / 40' duplex. Struck at lower left on despatch with CUSTOMS MOAMA / NEW SOUTH WALES intaglio Crown handstamp in violet with manuscript date '2/11/72'. Reverse with Swan Hill cds and Balranald arrival (Nov 6). Some ageing but scarce.
