Campbell & Co., Melbourne 1854 (Jan): 'Queen on Throne' 2 d. brownish-purple, clear impression, position 27 (BG), a fine used example on 1854 cover to Melbourne tied by fine oval "18/V" obliterator in black of Portland. Reverse with 'Portland / Crown / Victoria' datestamp (Feb 17) and Melbourne arrival (Feb 21). Cover opens well for display.
