    Postal Fiscals 1900: Duck-billed Platypus 3 d. chestnut overprinted REVENUE in black, an unused block of thirty from lower left corner of the sheet with Serial Number "8" in margin, variety "Double Overprint, One Vertical Reading Up" on all stamps and in left margin, slightest age stain in margin and on one stamp on reverse together with some speckling of black ink from the sheet stored below, otherwise in pristine quality with full unmounted og.
