    Adelaide printing from Perkins Bacon Plates 1856/58: 2 d. 'blood' red, wmk. Large Star, imperforate, a used horizontal pair of marvellous appearance in a very deep diffused shade, with large margins all round, tiny natural paper thin on one mentioned for accuracy only, neatly cancelled by "28" numeral obliterators of Kooringa.
