    After the Siege 1871 (Feb 10): Entire letter from Paris to Spa, Belgium franked at internal rate only with 1863/67 10 c. bistre in a horizontal pair, tied by Paris Star 35 with 'Paris / Ministère de Finances' cds at left (Feb 10). Censored by Prussian Forces with framed VERSAILLES / AUS WECHSELUNGSSTELE handstamp in blue on reverse, alongside 'Spa' arrival cds (Feb 15) with obverse showing '3' (décimes) due handstamp in black. A rare and very fine entire - the first day that mail from Paris was censored by the Prussians, this rare handstamp being in use for just four days.
