    1860/72: 2 d. pale Prussian blue, Plate II, Retouched, perf. 12. A fine example from Position 44, showing the Retouch above 'PEN' of 'PENNY' at base, used on 1861 OHMS envelope from Sydney to Wagga Wagga tied by oval NSW obliterator with 'Tarcutta' cds of transit alongside. Reverse with Sydney cds (April 8), Gundagai and Wagga Wagga cds's. An extremely rare example of the Retouch on letter, the cancellation leaving the Retouch clear. Cert. BPA (1989).
