    1851 (Jan): 2 d. bright blue, on hard bluish grey wove paper, Plate IV, positions 18 and 21, two examples marginal from base of sheet with good margins all round, affected by aging and vertical file fold, used on 1851 cover from Sydney to London endorsed 'p. Blackwall' tied by Sydney mute obliterators in black. Circular 'Paid Ship Letter / Crown / Sydney' datestamp at right (March 14) in red and charged '8' (pence) for Ship Letter fee.
