    Ballon Monté No. 59 1871: 'Gazette des Absents' No. 26 written to Caen, franked by 1867 Napoleon laureated 20 c. blue, tied by "PARIS (SC) 12 JANV. 71" despatch cds in red, reverse with arrival cds (Jan 19).
