    Ballon Monté No. 50 1870 (Dec 24): Entire letter to St. Savinien, Charente, franked by 1863/67 20 c. blue, over edge of entire, tied by Paris Star with 'Paris / 60' datestamp (Dec 24, 1st levée) alongside in black. Flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Tourville" with St. Savinien arrival cds (Dec 30) on reverse. Small faults but an attractive small entire Maury = € 450.
