    Ballon Monté No. 41 1870: Entire written to La Brède Gironde, forwarded to Bordeaux, franked by 1870 Siège 20 c. blue, tied by "PARIS (SC) 7 DEC. 70" despatch cds in red, Bordeaux arrival cds on reverse (Dec 21). This item was presumably flown from besieged Paris on the 41st Ballon 'Parmentier'. An interesting entire with the red despatch datestamp of the Service Central. Signed Calves; cert. Roumet (2016) Yvert = € 1'000+.
