    Post Offices in Korea 1900: Overprinted 1 s. light red brown, 2 s. light green, 3 s. violet-brown and 4 s. rose all used on cover to USA tied by two strikes of SEOUL / I.J.P.O. datestamp in black (May 17). Reverse with Yokohama transit (May 24), Vancouver cds (Aug 3) and Mendota arrival cds. Cover with file fold away from the adhesives but a scarce correctly rated four colour franking of great charm.
