    Ballon Monté No. 30 1870 (Nov 16): Dépêche Ballon printed Newspaper, issue No. 3, used to Rouen endorsed 'par Ballon Monté', franked by Siège 1870 20 c. blue, tied by Paris Star 6 with 'Paris / Senat' datestamp (Nov 16, 4th levée) alongside in black. Probably flown from beseiged Paris on the Ballon "Le Général Uhrich" but without backstamp. An extremely rare usage of this Newspaper Maury = € 600+.
