    1863: 6 d. bright emerald green, a used example with large margins all round, used on 1863 cover to London, tied by CGH triangular obliterator in black. Reverse with oval ALIWAL datestamp of despatch in black (Oct 24), oval CAPE TOWN datestamp in red and CAPE TOWN / CAPE OF GOOD HOPE datestamp (Oct 25) in red and front with 'London / Paid' cds (Nov 22).
