    1858: 1 d. rose on white paper, large margins on two sides and shaved at base, used on November 12, 1861 'Cape of Good Hope Government Gazette No. 3305' mailed to Edinburgh, Scotland cancelled in black. Some creasing and the Newspaper not complete but displays well and of greeat scarcity.
