    "Halifax Airmail" 1921 (Nov 26): 35 c. red, wide spacing, variety "No Stop after 1921", used on First Flight cover addressed to Beverly, USA tied by 'St. John's Nfld.' machine cancellation (Nov 26, Last Day of Acceptance). The attempted Flight was delayed and then abandoned on January 28, 1922 and the mail was sent on to Halifax by rail - arriving on February 4, reverse with Halifax return datestamp.
