    1855/57: 4d., 6d. and 1s. tied by "498 / Manchester JU 27 61" duplex cancellation to entire letter via France to Rome. The 6d. clearly shows faint blueing of the paper, although BPA cert. (2017) states "memo: When compared with other 6d. on "Azure" paper this shows insufficient blueing". A rare franking bearing the complete set of the first surface printed issue.
