    1870/71: Bordeaux 1 c. olive on pale blueish paper, report III, a superb hor. strip of five with good to large margins and vibrant colour in combination with Siège 20 c. blue on entire letter to Béziers to pay the newly introduced 25 centimes rate (Sept 1) tied by crisp '412' gros chiffres with "BEDARIEUX 13 SEPT 71" alongside, reverse with arrival cds of the following day.
