    1868: 1 d. green, used example tied to 1874 cover to Biella, Italy tied by 'Lima' cds (Dec 13) in black. Reverse with 'Callao' British P.O. cds and London transit cds in red (Feb 14). Taxed on arrival with handstruck '23' charge marking and corresponding 1870 Postage Due 30 c. and 2 l. tied by Biella cds (Feb 17). Envelope with some wear but scarce.
