    1863/71: Napoleon lauré 2 c. red-brown, type I, a fine hor. strip of six and a two hor. pairs, good perforation and fresh colours, tied by '4679' gros chiffre to part letter (large parts of reverse missing) with crisp "TRITH-St-LÉGER 22 OCT 70" cds alongside, sent to St. Amand-les-Eaux, reverse with arrival cds (Oct 23). An attractive presentation to pay the 20 c. letter rate, cert. Roumet (2016).
