    1862: Napoleon dentelé 40 c. orange used with 80 c. carmine in a horizontal strip of four on 1864 double rate cover from Paris to Lima, Peru tied by Paris Star '2' in black with 'Rue St. Nazaire' cds at left (Oct 1) and faint 'PD' in red. Reverse with Lima arrival cds in black. Slight ageing but a scarce franking.
