    1853: Napoleon III 20 c. type II in the rare shade blue on lilac paper, a fresh and large margined strip of four, tied by '1673' petit chiffre to cover of the third weight rate with "LAVAL 26 JUIL. 61" alongside, sent to Flers, reverse with arrival cds (July 27). A fine use of this rare unit, cert. Roumet (2016).
