    1896: 2 leva bright rose, perf. 12¾ and 1896 25 st. red tied by bilingual 'Sophia' cds (Dec 19) to Parcel Post form for three packets mailed to Sevlievo, repeated despatch datestamp at left and reverse with bilingual 'Sevlievo' cds of receipt (Dec 22). Small imperfections incl. slight closed tear and typical minor creasing but extremely rare: most probably the sole recorded usage of the 2 leva value used thus. Cert. Hitzler (2016).
