    Setting 2 / GRI and Value 5 mm. Apart 1914 (Dec 16): 2 d. on 10 pf. carmine, Setting 2, a used horizontal pair on 1915 cover to addressed to Victoria, neatly tied by RABAUL / NEW BRITAIN oval datestamp (Jan 4, 1915) struck in violet (Gibbs type 8), with manuscript Censor at lower left "Passed C.W.C." in red ink.
