    Setting 11 / GRI and Value 5 mm. Apart 1914 (Dec 16): 2 d. on 20 pf. ultramarine, Setting 11, position 3, an unused example showing surcharge error "GRI / 1 d. instead of 2 d.", of fine appearance with some staining removed, well centred, without gum. Gibbs conjectures, page 79, that as many as 15 examples are possible, however this high figure in not borne out by offered genuine examples. Signed Kosack. Certs.
