    1854 (Aug 1): 4 d. pale blue, the magnificent unused corner block of twenty four from upper right of the sheet, (Group D), positions 17-20/37-40/57-60/77-80/97-100/117-120, showing position 37 "West squeezed down and "F" of 'FOUR' with pointed foot', position 57 with "U" of 'FOUR' squeezed; positon 77 with "small "S" in POSTAGE"; position 120 with "Water Damage to Swan" Plate varieties. Slight scissor cut outside the frame lines at lower left, closed tear in the lower right stamp and central crease between the stamps and without gum, otherwise an extremely significant and very rare Transfer Flaw positional multiple of exquisite appearance and charm Gi = £ 19'875+.rnrnProvenance: Collection John Gartner, RL,Geneva, 26 April 1979, lot 213.
