    Lithographed by J. S. Campbell & Co., Melbourne 1854 (Jan): 'Queen on Throne' 2 d. purple-black, clear impression, position 4 (DH), used example on 1854 cover to Melbourne cancelled by oval "36" obliterator in black of Bacchus Marsh, with manuscript 'Pd. per Stamp' at right. Reverse with 'Bacchus Marsh / Crown / Victoria' despatch datestamp (Feb 28) and Melbourne arrival, the adhesive being further tied by fine strike of "14" Butterfly handstamp (Departmental usage) in orange ink.
